Highway railway concrete beam launching machine is for 400-900t weight super large bridge beam; mainly applied in the precast beam-making yard for high speed railway project, sea cross bridge project, etc.
Highway railway concrete beam launching machine is equiped with special spreader to load & unload and transit the large bridge girders; the long traveling system can achieve 90 degree rotation, suitable for multi-span application. The lifting adopt four points hoisting and three point balance to assure the wire rope in balance force. Trolley uses the hydraulic joystick device, which can realize the lifting work of various bridges and save cost at same time.
