Segmental erecting bridge erecting machine is mostly used for erection of box girders of large-span highway bridges, which can meet the needs of bridges: uphill, downhill and skew installation, ensuring bridge installation quality and safe construction. The bridge erecting machine can complete the symmetrical suspension of the pre-stressed concrete beam sections of the section, and also the erection of the small-span cross-span bridge. In addition to providing the function of feeding the beam from the tail deck, the bridge machine also provides the function of feeding the beam under the bridge. The bridge machine is generally composed of three main components: the main structure, the support structure and the crane. The whole machine is driven by electro-hydraulic combination.

The lifting weight of the crane is 50t, which can meet the prefabricated section beam lifting of Guangzhou Metro Line 14 (the maximum weight of the prefabricated section beam is 49t); the traverse mechanism is set in the lower part of the whole machine, and the bridge erecting machine can realize the erection of the line Construction; the hoisting holes of different width segment beams are arranged through the beam pylons, and the gantry machine can realize the work of the widening beam.
The supporting legs and the front auxiliary auxiliary legs of the whole machine can be supported at different positions of the main beam, which can meet the requirements of variable span operation and can realize the construction work of 30m~40m span. .
The machine can realize the bridge erection with a minimum turning radius of 600m and a maximum slope of 3%, meeting the linear requirements of the double-line prefabricated segment beam of Guangzhou Metro Line 14.
The vertical movement track is arranged at the bottom of the main beam of the machine, and the cylinder is pushed by the vertical movement to realize the longitudinal movement of the whole machine, and the traverse mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the middle leg. The vertical and horizontal movement functions can be realized under the condition of the empty intermediate branch of the whole machine;
