Single girder bridge crane structure
1. Metal structure part
The main girder is made of U-shaped channel steel rolled and formed by steel plate, and then welded with I-beam to form a box-shaped solid web beam. The beam is also rolled into U-shaped channel steel with steel plate, and then assembled and welded into a box-shaped beam. It is convenient for storage and transportation. The main beams are connected with M20 bolts to form a bridge frame.
2. Electric hoist
The electric hoist can lift heavy objects and move laterally along the main beam.
3. Operating mechanism
Separate drive is adopted, the braking is accomplished by the conical brake motor, and the transmission is a "one open, two closed" three-stage gear transmission.
4. Electrical equipment
There are two types of operating ground operation and conical winding motor driving operation. There are two types of electrical controls depending on the operation mode. The electric hoist and the entire crane are equipped with safety devices, such as lifting limit switches, end limit switches, etc.
