Mauritius Project: European Overhead Cranes in Operation

Recently, four European-style single-girder bridge cranes exported by our company to Mauritius successfully completed on-site installation, no-load and load testing at the customer's factory. All indicators met the standards, and the cranes have been officially delivered and put into operation, providing reliable lifting support for material handling for local businesses.

The customer selected our European-style single-girder cranes after comparing various options. The equipment is designed and manufactured strictly according to FEM European standards, adopting a modular and lightweight structure. It boasts advantages such as light weight, low wheel pressure, low operating noise, and precise frequency conversion speed regulation and positioning. It is compatible with Mauritian industrial voltage standards and features both wireless remote control and handheld operation modes, along with multiple safety limit devices to ensure comprehensive operational safety.

The equipment was shipped from a domestic port, successfully arriving at Port Louis, Mauritius via ocean freight, and was delivered to the customer's factory after customs clearance. Considering the specific circumstances of overseas projects, we provided a complete set of technical drawings and installation manuals in both Chinese and English. Our technical team provided remote video guidance throughout the process, assisting on-site staff with main beam assembly, hoist installation, electrical wiring, and system debugging. We promptly answered all technical questions encountered during assembly, efficiently advancing project implementation.

After rigorous no-load operation, rated load testing, and safety protection device verification, the four cranes operated smoothly and started and stopped seamlessly, fully meeting the daily production and lifting needs of the workshop. The customer's on-site operators completed practical training, mastering the basic operation and daily inspection procedures. They highly praised the product's workmanship, operational stability, and overseas technical support services.

Mauritius, as an important economic and trade hub in the Indian Ocean, has seen the successful delivery of this project, further expanding our company's influence in the African Indian Ocean lifting equipment market.
