Our 50 ton trolley overhead crane are double girder birdge crane.Their bridges run longitudinally along the rails laid on the elevated sides of the two sides. It can make full use of the space under the bridge to lift materials, without being hindered by ground equipment. This kind of crane is widely used in indoor and outdoor warehouses, factories, docks and open storage yards. It is mainly composed of bridge frame, trolley operating mechanism, trolley, electrical equipment, etc. According to the different frequency of use, it is divided into three working levels: A5, A6 and A7. The operation and control are all done in the cab.

50 ton trolley overhead crane is double beam travelling overhead bridge crane which is mainly composed by double girder, operated mechanism and trolley with hoisting and travelling mechanism. And Mainly bridge consisted by double box type beam, double end beam in end of both side and working walkway. Trolley rail is on main beam.The outer sides of the two main beams are equipped with walking platforms. One side is designed to install and repair the electrical cabinet of crane operation mechanism. On the other side is the installation of trolley conductive frame. Operating room under install main beam, which have linkage console and cam controller. Operating room and working walkway have installed straight ladder and inclind ladder.The structure style is shown in the figure:
