The basic structure of the electromagnetic bridge crane is the same as that of the hook bridge crane. The difference is that a DC lifting electromagnetic chuck is hung on the hook to lift the ferrous metal and its products with magnetic permeability.
The electromagnetic bridge crane converts the AC power into a DC power source through a thyristor DC box installed in the driver's cab, and then sends the DC power source to the electromagnetic chuck through a dedicated cable reel set on the trolley.
Electromagnetic hanging girder bridge cranes use hanging beams and detachable electromagnetic suction cups as lifting tools. They are suitable for handling ferrous metal products and materials with magnetic permeability such as steel ingots, steel bars and pig iron blocks. They are mainly used for rolling and finished products of iron and steel enterprises. , shipyard steel yard, cutting workshop, etc. The hanging beam can be installed perpendicular to or parallel to the main beam, and can be in the form of upper rotation or lower rotation.
