2-ton-overhead-crane Description
2-ton-overhead-crane generally consist of a bridge frame (also known as a cart). It is composed of lifting mechanism, trolley, traveling mechanism of cart, control room, trolley conductive device (auxiliary slide wire), crane main power supply conductive device (main slide wire) and other parts.

Movement form 2-ton-overhead-crane
(1) The bridge crane is driven by the cart motor to move longitudinally back and forth along the tracks on both sides of the factory workshop.
(2) The trolley and lifting mechanism on the main beam of the trolley are driven by the trolley motor to move horizontally along the main beam track of the bridge frame.
(3) The lifting motor (main hook, auxiliary hook) drives the weight to do vertical lifting movement.
Package and Delivery
1. Electric parts are packed by high quality plywood crate, to reduce distortion in conveying.
2. Main beams, end beams and trolly/winch are packed by plastic woven cloth. It can reduce abrasion during the transportation.
3. If the size are suitable for container ship, usually by container.
4. Big size, usually by bulk ship or by container after truncation.
5. Transport ways are based on reducing cost & keep safety.
