Frame

Electronic control

Cable wire
The cable is made of environmentally friendly flame-retardant material, which has good flame retardancy, burns without thick smoke, and is cold-resistant, frost-resistant and high-temperature-resistant; it uses high-purity oxygen-free copper core, which has good flexibility, stable voltage, no heat generation, low resistance, and saves more electricity.

Handle and remote control
The cable is connected to the flat car control system through an aviation plug (optional). The operating handle voltage is 24V and will not cause any harm to the human body. It uses Hanjin remote control, which has strong penetration ability and low bit error rate. It can simultaneously realize a series of functions such as turning, moving forward and backward of the electric flat car.

AC motors

AC motors have simple structure, low manufacturing cost, simple and economical maintenance and repair, low environmental requirements, are strong, reliable, and have smooth speed regulation, so they are widely used.

Reducer
The reducer adopts a three-in-one reducer, with low vibration, low noise, energy saving and high efficiency. It uses a cast iron housing, and the gear surface has undergone high-frequency heat treatment. It has high overload capacity, low energy consumption, superior performance, and an efficiency of more than 95%.

Wheels
Angle box wheels for cranes, made of ZG55, tempered box body, hardness of wheel tread and inner side of wheel rim HB320-380, depth over 20mm, high strength and long life. Rim types are usually single rim and double rim optional.

Warning light
It provides sound and light alarms during operation to remind pedestrians to avoid it. It can realize operation alarms. The sound can be customized according to needs. The alarm volume is as high as 115 decibels with strong penetration ability.

Anti-collision buffer
The material is polyurethane, which is impact-resistant and has good pressure resistance. There is no noise or sparks during the buffering process, which prevents the vehicle body from colliding with other objects in the event of accidents or misoperation, and protects the vehicle body and other objects.

Stop when encountering people
Using ultrasonic detection, the flat car can automatically detect whether there is an obstacle in front during operation, and automatically stop when encountering an obstacle. The angle is between 0-180° and the distance is adjustable from 0.5 to 3 meters. It cooperates with the emergency stop switch for double insurance.

Limit switch

The limit switch is used to prevent the trolley from running off the track and causing casualties or property losses in case of human error (pressing the forward or reverse button when it should stop) or automatic failure to stop at the position.
