The electric winch has a good speed regulation, the heavy load can be raised to a higher position at a relatively fast speed, and the empty hook can be quickly lowered, and for the sensitive material, the electric winch can be operated at a relatively slow speed.

Work principle of Electric Winch

In general, the electric winch converts electrical energy into mechanical power through the motor, and the rotor of the motor runs and produces the output. Then the reducer slows down the speed of rotating the reel through the power of the brake. The reel twines the wire rope and passes through the pulley to lift the hook load and convert the mechanical energy into mechanical work for material handling such as the transport loading and unloading of heavy objects.
