Industrial Electric Winches

1. The operator of the winch must be familiar with the performance, structure and operation method of the machine. Hold an operation certificate issued by the Labor Bureau.
2. Before operation, check whether the anchor and loading rack of the winch are firm, and check whether the clutch and brake are sensitive and reliable. Check whether the exposed belts, gears and other transmission devices and protective covers are complete.
3. The wire rope should be arranged neatly. In the process of lifting the hanging plant, at least 3 to 5 turns should be retained on the drum. The degree of wear of the wire rope should not exceed 10%, and the wire rope passing through the pulley should not have joints.
4. The winch should be used and maintained by a dedicated person. Check whether the grounding line is good regularly. If electrical equipment is found to be leaking or other faults, report to the foreman in time. No unauthorized repairs are allowed.
5. The hanging basket must be equipped with a safety door, and can only lift materials, and it is strictly forbidden to carry people. When the hanging plant stays in the air, in addition to using the brake, it must be padded with a parking rack. It is strictly forbidden for people to cross the wire rope and walk under the hanging plant.
6. The loading rack must have good grounding and lightning protection devices. Check once a week whether the limiter is flexible and reliable. When the spider plant lifts heavy objects, bricks and ash cannot exceed 0.5 tons. It is strictly forbidden to transport overweight and overlong objects.
7. When there is a power outage during operation, the power supply should be cut off. Lower the lifted object or spider plant to the ground.
8. After the operation, the lifted spider plant or object should be lowered to the ground, the power supply should be cut off, and the switch box should be locked.
