Dynamic Optimization Design Of Container Gantry Crane Structure System

                The purpose of this paper is to optimize the design of container gantry crane structure system based on dynamic characteristics. Parametric model is the basis of optimization design, so the finite element parametric model of gantry crane structure system is established firstly.                 The dynamic characteristic parameters which influence the dynamic performance of gantry crane are usually rigid, and dynamic stiffness is usually measured by natural frequencies. Therefore, the static analysis and dynamic analysis (modal analysis, harmonic response analysis and transient dynamic analysis) of the container gantry crane structure system are carried out in this paper. The static strength and static stiffness values of the structure are obtained by means of stationary analysis. The key modal frequencies affecting the dynamic performance of gantry Crane are determined by modal analysis and harmonic response analysis, and the dynamic displacement response of the gantry crane is determined by the transient dynamic analysis in the hoisting condition of the maximum dynamic load.Gantry Crane

                The calculation results in each analysis are extracted and prepared for dynamic optimization design. Based on the finite element analysis software Ansys, the dynamic characteristic optimization design of the container gantry crane structure system is carried out. The quality and dynamic stiffness of the gantry crane structure system are designed to optimize the design target. The sensitivity analysis of all the structural parameters is carried out to determine the dynamic optimization design variables of the gantry crane, and the mathematical model of dynamic optimization of the structure system of the gantry Crane is established by using the static strength, static stiffness and dynamic displacement of the structural system as the constraint conditions. After the optimization analysis, the two schemes under different optimization objectives were compared, and a design scheme of container gantry crane with light weight and good static and dynamic performance was proposed.Gantry Crane
