1. The main girder is designed with optimum design and reasonable structure; the main girder is a box girder structure with submerged arc automatic welding and non-destructive flaw detection; the vertical deflection is 1/1000, and the web camber is cut by numerical control; the whole girder after welding is shot blasting, stress elimination and rust removal, reaching Sa2.5 level;

2. The connection of the main force-bearing components adopts 10.9 grade high-strength bolts to ensure the strength and accuracy of the whole machine structure.

3. In view of the on-site use of the special crane for pipe pile, the operation mechanism of the cart chooses YZR motor with 60% ED power connection duration or strong wind cooling YZP motor with 40% ED power connection duration to fully guarantee the safe use of the crane.

4. The forming drum made by centrifugal casting process is of ZG55 or above material. The large diameter drum is preferred to reduce the bending fatigue of the wire rope and prolong the service life of the wire rope. The length of the drum is shortened and the deviation angle of the wire rope is reduced to prevent the rope from being stripped. The wire rope has 3 circles of safety rings and is fixed with fixtures. At least 2 circles of wire rope are fixed.

5. The hook is manufactured in accordance with the national standard and adopts wear-resistant roller bearings made by well-known factories in Ha, Wa and Luo. The hook can rotate 360 degrees and is equipped with spring-tightened safety buckles to prevent slippage.

6. Steel structure paint is epoxy zinc-rich paint, spraying primer, intermediate paint and topcoat. The film thickness is over 120 micron.

7. The pulley adopts Q345B material to roll the pulley and heat treatment to increase the wear resistance and strength of the pulley groove.
