Double girder 20 ton bridge crane

Double girder 20 ton bridge crane are used in the factory. They are installed on the walls or columns at both ends of the plant. They rely on the lateral and longitudinal movement of the trolley to realize the lifting and loading of heavy objects. It is an essential equipment in the metallurgical workshop.

The longitudinal joints are welded at both ends of the main beam, and the main beam has four longitudinal joints. The welding sequence is determined by the crown of the beam and the condition of the side bend. In the case of insufficient arching, the left and right longitudinal joints of the cover should be welded first. When welding automatically, the straight through welding can be started from the end. When welding by hand, it should be welded symmetrically from the middle to the two sides. If the arch is too large, the two longitudinal joints of the upper cover plate should be welded first. When the side bend is too large, the outer weld should be welded first. When the bend is too small, the inner weld should be welded first.
