LH model double girder overhead crane
It adopt A5 work duty group to handle medium heavy material lift work.
QD type double girder overhead crane
It suitable for most of heavy duty lift work who owns A5-A6 work duty group.
QE type double girder overhead crane
There are 2 independent trolleys traveling on main beam, the synchronous operation can be realized also. This crane is suitable for long material lifting such as: wood, paper tube, pipe and bar.
QZ type double girder overhead crane

Main beam and end carriage
1. The bridge girder is designed to the current CMAA specifications and can be engineered to meet other local codes and regulations.
2. Dual motor bridge drives are standard, Other drive types are available upon request.
3. Bridge wheels are flanged with anti-friction bearings.
4. Rail sweeps and rubber bumpers are standard
Lift machenism
1. The hoisting machinery consists of a Kuangshan heavy duty industrial type standard wire rope unit mounted on a low headroom type trolley.
2. Motors are totally enclosed fan cooled, hoist duty with Class "F" insulation.
3. Gears are precision machined from alloy steel and induction hardened. All gearing is enclosed in a rugged steel housing and is oil splash lubricated.
4. Steel wire rope drums are precision machined.
Electrical control part
The electrical panel is suitable to operate over a wide range and features a modular design. The circuitry is fuseless with proper wiring in ducts and the terminals are kept non-screwed to allow easy installation and maintenance. Protection device exists in every drive group to prevent motor overload, which results in successful operation.
