Construction technology process

1.Precast yard

Precast yard ,making T beam.Truss beam launcher lifting T beam .

2.Transport

Transporting girder handlebar precast beam to the construction site.

3.Beam feeding

 The transporter transports the T girder to the end of the beam launcher,then move two winch trolleys backwards to position.

4.Girder installation

Move PC girder forward using two winch trolley to erecting position ,lower PC girder and stop at the top of the bridge deck using two winch trolley simultaneously.Side shift PC girder to the top of the pier,and lower it on the pier using two winch trolleys.Repeat above stage,erecting other PC girder of

this span.
