LH electric hoist bridge crane (referred to as hoist) uses a fixed wire rope hoist as the lifting mechanism, installed on a centrally driven double-track trolley, and used in conjunction with a double-beam bridge. It is mainly used in machinery manufacturing workshops, warehouses, material yards, hydropower station maintenance, assembly and other places. This series of products has two modes: cab operation and ground operation.
The electric hoist bridge crane consists of four parts: a box-shaped bridge, a trolley running mechanism, a trolley, and electrical equipment. A fixed electric hoist is installed on the trolley frame as a lifting mechanism. The trolley operation adopts LD type transmission, and the trolley operation is divided into LD type transmission and QD type transmission. The structure is simple and light, with compact dimensions, low building clearance, light weight, and small wheel pressure. It is suitable for operation, assembly, maintenance and loading and unloading operations in mechanical processing workshops, auxiliary workshops of metallurgical plants, warehouses, material yards, power stations, etc.; it can also replace ordinary double-beam bridge cranes and be used in production workshops of light textile industry and food industry.
