For general product we can delivery it in 30days after we receive your deposit, forspecial customized product we need 1.5-2months or longer time.

We have lSO certificate for all products and CE certificate for Euro type crane,if youneed any other necessary certificate please communicate with us in advance, we canoffer you reference fee together with our offer.

Generally, product qualified certifcate, technical drawing and specification, factorytesting report, electrical diagrams and packing list will be offered in the box.

06.Is it possible for your technician to visit customer's site forcommunication so that to help them get a perfect solution?
