Light Duty Bridge Crane

The bridge is the main load-bearing component of a single-beam bridge crane. It is made of a welded box-type structure with a compact structure and strong rigidity. End beams are provided at both ends of the bridge, on which the wheel sets and buffers are installed. The bridge runs longitudinally along the track, making full use of the space below for lifting materials.

The trolley is the lifting component of the single-beam bridge crane, which consists of an electric hoist and a trolley travel mechanism. The electric hoist is located on the lower flange of the main beam and increases the working space of the hook. The electric hoist adopts a European low-headroom electric hoist or a Demag electric hoist, which has a novel appearance and reliable performance. The trolley travel mechanism consists of a drive device and a trolley wheel group.

The traveling mechanism is the longitudinal running part of the single-beam bridge crane, which consists of a driving device and a traveling wheel set. The driving device adopts a three-in-one form, which consists of a frequency conversion special motor, a brake and a hard-toothed reducer. The traveling wheel consists of a driving wheel set and a passive wheel, which is installed on the end beam and runs longitudinally along the track on the rail beam.

The electrical equipment is the control component of the single-girder bridge crane, including the power supply system and the control system. The power supply system provides the crane with the required electrical energy, using busbars or cables for power supply. The control system provides the crane with the required signals and instructions, using a ground button box or remote control for control. The electrical equipment has a protection function to prevent overload, overcurrent, short circuit, phase failure and other faults.
