The working principle of the electric hoist bridge crane is based on the synergy of two main components: the electric hoist and the bridge crane.
Electric hoist part: The electric hoist is the main lifting device of the crane, driven by an electric motor, and drives the drum through a gear transmission system to make the lifting hook rise or fall. The electric hoist is usually installed on the crossbeam of the bridge crane and can move horizontally along the track of the crossbeam.
Bridge crane part: The bridge crane includes components such as the main beam, end beam, track, and support structure. The main beam is the main load-bearing structure of the crane, supported on the track, and can move along the length of the track. The electric hoist is installed on the main beam and moves horizontally along the main beam through a transmission device driven by a motor.

When working, the working process of the electric hoist bridge crane is usually as follows:
The start of the electric hoist is controlled by the operating console or remote control, and the motor on the electric hoist starts to work to rotate the drum.
When the drum rotates, the wire rope or chain is wound around the drum to lift or lower the load.
If the position of the hoisted object needs to be moved, the electric hoist can be controlled to move horizontally along the main beam, or the entire bridge crane can be controlled to move along the track to move the hoisted object to the target position.
After the hoisted object reaches the target position, stop the operation of the electric hoist, fix the hoisted object, and complete the lifting operation.
After the work is completed, turn off the power of the electric hoist and the bridge crane, and perform necessary maintenance and inspection.
In general, the electric hoist bridge crane lifts and moves the hoisted object through the electric hoist, and at the same time provides sufficient support and moving functions through the bridge crane to complete the lifting and moving operations.
